Firebase Authentication stores your UID, email, name, Google photo when present, membership type, account creation time, and last use. Firestore stores lesson and quiz progress, saved resources and stacks, Studio artifacts, and projects you create.
Requests and contact
For Pro or setup requests we store email, WhatsApp number, package, notes, and request status. The request form never accepts an API key or provider credit.
What do we not store?
We do not request or store OpenRouter, Nous Portal, or other provider keys. We do not pull Hermes conversations, project files, or terminal commands. Builders use environment-variable names only.
Analytics
Firebase Analytics starts only after you allow analytics in the consent banner. You can refuse and use all essential content.
Location and storage
Authentication uses Firebase. Firestore is in the European multi-region eur3 with deletion protection and point-in-time recovery.
Export and deletion
From My Workspace you can download a JSON export of your profile, workspace, and requests, or delete the account and related data.

Pages display sourced data from Nous Research, Hermes Registry, MCP Registry, and Hermes Atlas, and link to GitHub and providers. Their policies apply when you open those sites.
